The shipment was perfect—very well assembled and delivered on time. A rechargeable flashlight is more affordable in the long term compared with the same product that uses batteries. It is heavier than the battery-operated version, but I really like it because it can also be used for additional protection purposes, especially if you go hiking or walking at night. The only thing I don’t like is that the focused light beam is much wider than the beam of the battery-operated version.

Haven’t really had a chance to use it yet but it’s definitely bright and seems well made. I was hoping for a beam that I could get tighter for longer distance.

I love your flashlights! I first bought another brand that was rechargeable and somehow didn’t notice that it wasn’t a C charger. I had it a little less than, or more than a year because the charging cable had a poor fit. It was difficult to “plug in” and to remove the cable. It finally seemed to have broken. NO CABLE CHARGING ISSUES WITH YOUR FLASHLIGHTS! The first one, I bought on sale, through one of the deal search apps. It’s 1000 lumens, which is impressive when the power goes out. It lights up a room so there’s no worries about tripping over something. My latest purchase comes from your website: 10,000 lumens is remarkable! The way it lights up a room, and nearby rooms, is better than our built ins and lamps. I have a vision problem that makes it difficult to see dark on dark. I bought a wagon that breaks down flat for transport, but I haven’t been able to use it because it’s black and the metal parts are black. So I couldn’t see where to connect/disconnect … nothing. I can light up the wagon, now, in order to fold it up and put it in the car. Plus, it’s heavy and would make a great emergency defense weapon. I think I’m turning into a flashlight junky.

Very very great flashlight it's super bright mine didn't come with a second battery i do security work and could definitely use that extra runtime

Its really bright it lights everything up for about 100 feet but the beam isnt very far.
Very bright still having an issue with turbo mode.

In short, to activate Turbo mode, turn the flashlight on and hold the power button for 3 seconds. It will give you an added blast of 3000 lumens for up to 30 seconds.

The light is very bright but the flashlight is too big for my job. Does it come in a mini flashlight option?

The picture on the website makes it look much smaller than what it is and there’s no dimensions listed, it’s way too big and heavy to carry on my belt. I have sent two messages to customer service about wanting something that is smaller and lighter that I can carry on my belt and nobody has gotten back to me on that and how to exchange it. And there’s no number to call.. so my first experience with this company has not been good

Outstanding service and quality
I have purchased the Skylar-R10,000 LUMEN flashlight twice, the first one order # 7553 dated September 17, 2025 who I only have had only opportunity to open its box (it was totally brand new untouched in package) around a month ago, for giving it to my nephew as his birthday gift. Below are two problems who I have noticed so far:1- Despite several attempts of two of us, we didn't succeed to run the mentioned flash light' (TURBO MOOD) for giving alert ((to other vehicles' drivers in case of different emergencies, such as getting stuck in the roads for different reasons such as broken engine or other cases (( WITH FAST BLINKING flashlight' bulb)) what so ever! Unfortunately I have had the same issue with the second new one who I've purchased pretty recently ! Per the instruction on its label and owner's manual for doing so, when the flash light is on the user or anybody else in his behalf, he or she supposed to push and hold the OFF/On button for THREE seconds! None of the mentioned flashlights work that way for "activating of tie "TURBO MOOD"!! 2 - I have had always desire and demand for purchasing an addition battery for the mentioned flashlight ((2*26650 rechargeable lithium- ion batteries) as backup ,but despite your company advertisement , subject receiving some discount for the second one purchase, I haven't noticed an offer for the mentioned flashlight discounted battery Hossein Esfahani
I use it one time. It ran extremely HOT and stop working every since that time. I would like to know how can i get a replacement?

No law enforcement officer ever has said this light is too bright I wish I could click the button two more times so it will dim down. Please lose the dim. One click on. One click off. Keep it simple.
