How long does the Twin Power 800 headlamp run on a full charge?

On the built-in rechargeable battery, expect up to 2.5 hours on High or 4 hours on Low. Switch to the included 3 AAA alkaline batteries for up to 3 hours on High or 13 hours on Low, giving you flexibility for short bursts of brightness or long backup runtime.

How long does it take to recharge the Twin Power 800 Headlamp?

The built-in Li-Po battery fully recharges in about 2.5 hours using the included USB-C cable.

What's the difference in brightness between the rechargeable and alkaline power sources?

On the rechargeable battery, output is up to 800 lumens on High or 200 lumens on Low. On the 3 AAA alkaline batteries, output is up to 410 lumens on High or 100 lumens on Low. Dimmer, but still very useful and ready anytime you don't have access to a charger.

Do I need to swap batteries to switch power sources?

No swapping needed. The Twin Power cartridge holds the rechargeable battery and the AAA batteries at the same time, and a single press of the designated button switches between them.

What's the green light setting for?

The secondary green LED preserves your night vision in low-light situations where a full white beam would be too bright. This can useful for camping, wildlife viewing, or nighttime work where you need to see without losing your night-adapted eyesight. Many animals have trouble seeing green wavelengths so you can keep an eye on them without being spotted.
