Two power sources. One cartridge. Never a dead light.

The Twin Power® flashlight solves the problem every rechargeable light has: eventually the battery dies, usually at the worst time. Its patented cartridge carries a rechargeable 10850 Li-Ion cell for daily use and four AAA alkaline batteries as standby power, both loaded at once. A single button press switches between them.

On rechargeable power it puts out 1300 lumens on Turbo and throws a 160-meter beam and an 820 lumen High. On alkaline it holds 560 lumens; full working brightness rather than a limp reserve mode. Run both sources down on Low and you get roughly 10 hours of combined runtime from one cartridge.

It charges over USB-C from any wall adapter, power bank, or car charger, and the battery level indicator shows remaining charge at a glance. The housing is impact-resistant and IPX4 water-resistant, and it's backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

Warranty coverage doesn't extend to normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or battery corrosion, but if the light let you down through no fault of your own, we want to make it right.

How do I switch to the backup batteries?

Press the matching toggle button. Both the rechargeable 10850 cell and the four AAA alkalines sit in the cartridge at the same time, so there's nothing to remove, swap, or install. The switch is instant and can be done in the dark with one hand.

Twin Power 1000 lumen flashlight. This flashlight is built sturdy. The twin power means you can charge the flashlight with it's own cord, or you can use the battery pack in the flashlight. This has a real good bright light that shines up real good!

TWIN POWER 1000 LUMEN LED FLASHLIGHT

The light that keeps giving! This flashlight is super. The light spot is very uniform where many others have a concentrated beam in the middle surrounded by a large weak halo that looks like an inverted eclipse. I love having two power options built-in. In my other lights, I have to swap out the recharging cartridge with the alkaline battery holder. With this Police Security unit, it is simply at a push of the button. When one battery source is being used, I press the other button, and it disengages it automatically (the first battery source) and immediately lights with the second power source. Other lights bodies are full metal and can be quite cold in cooler outdoor temperatures. This one has rubber grips on two sides that are contoured for positive griping power and add a bit of insulation from the cooler outer shell. It is very powerful for night owl spotting at the size of a standard household flashlight approximately 8 inches long and only 11. 2 oz. I recommend it whole-heartedly.
