Warranty coverage doesn't extend to normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or battery corrosion, but if the light let you down through no fault of your own, we want to make it right.

How bright is the Skylar 2000, and how far does the beam reach?

On High, the Skylar puts out 2000 lumens with a beam distance of up to 340 meters which is enough to light up a campsite or scan a large area at range. Medium (700 lumens) and Low (180 lumens) give you more runtime when you don't need full power.

I’ve had this flashlight for 2months! I think it’s a super light however it quit working so l removed the bottom and found corrosion all over the inside and 5 of the batteries had leaked and destroyed the switch in the bottom end. It’s no longer working and only after 2 month! I found the website and your lifetime warranty that doesn’t cover battery corrosion. How convenient. Useless after just 2 months. Would not recommend this or any one of your products to any of my law enforcement friends and relatives. Can’t inspect before purchasing because of the sealed packaging

This is one of the greatest flashlights I’ve ever bought very bright feels comfortable in your hand! And it is so bright it lights up the whole block! I’d recommend any body to buy a flashlight like this!

SKYLAR 2000 LUMEN FLASHLIGHT

Requires alot of batteries but decent overall It's a little on the big and heavy side thanks to the 6 AA batteries it requires which is definitely the biggest downside of this flashlight as not only is it big but it will also get costly rather fast if you where to use it regularly with disposable batteries. However you can use rechargeable NiMH AA batteries just fine and the slightly lower 1. 2v nominal voltage doesn't affect the performance of this light at all in any way. I am using the 2450mAh IKEA ladda NiMH AA batteries in mine and they work great with it and last quite a long time. This would be a good emergency flashlight in a situation where you might only have access to single-use batteries too. It's always nice to have the option to use rechargeable and single-use batteries even if it's slightly bigger. Of course a proper flashlight with a 18650 or 21700 rechargeable battery will always be better in terms of light output to weight and size ratio and for professional use it will always be more preferred however there's really nothing wrong with these types of lights either. As mentioned previously they can be great for emergencies where you may only have access to single-use batteries. The zoom feature works well and you can get a really good range from it.

flash llight well i got the light to check on chickens i liked that it was bright and on the more durable side but when i was 15 ft off the ground in the hay mound fixing barn it fell and broke . i I only had the light for a month i like every thing abut it but it needs to be more durable to accidental falls form high places.
