Every Police Security flashlight is covered by a limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty. If a defect affects how your light performs, we'll take care of the replacement. Warranty coverage doesn't extend to normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or battery corrosion — but if the light let you down through no fault of your own, reach out.

"Don’t waste your money. This is a joke. No tilt so it will be shining into the trees unless you take it off your head. No focus so it will only be useful for close up, except for that will be aiming for the trees. The detachable part will detach with the slightest bump. This is a novel toy that is destined for the junk drawer and ultimately the donation box"

"After purchasing a kind of expensive headlamp with what was advertised to have a removable, rechargeable "lantern", only to get it home and out of the security package. The removable "lantern" has never worked it is just a removable paper weight that I have to keep up with when I knock it off the base while attached to my head which resembles a Camara with a zoom lense and a battery pack on the back of my head that will not snap close so every time I take it off the flap falls open. I would have rather spent the 30.00 on candles at least they do as advertised. I was excited about this product because I use a head lamp on a regular basis but I have to admit that the wind was taken out of my sails when I seen the flaws. Do better with your product or fix the internal flaws or change the package or price."
"I had purchased this headlamp and am very disappointed in it. after a short period of time the removable head lamp does not work. It has a rechargeable battery in the unit and it will not recharge. I would not recommend this product. Warranty is sketchy at best."
