Police Security's patent-pending FlexLoop™ design builds a USB-C cable directly into the body of the Aura RX, where it doubles as a carry strap so the cord you need is already in your hand. Pull it out, plug it into any USB-C source, and power up. No drawer digging. No cable left behind in the truck. Prefer your own cable? A second USB-C port at the tail cap lets you charge like any regular device.

Output scales to the job. Low gives you 450 lumens and 8 hours of runtime for close work. High delivers 1300 lumens down a 185-meter beam for 4 hours. What is the FlexLoop cord, and can it be removed?

The FlexLoop is a Patent-Pending USB-C charging cord built directly into the body of the flashlight. It stays attached to the light permanently, so it can't be lost or left behind. When you're not charging, it tucks back against the body and doubles as a carry strap. Loop it over a wrist, hang it from a hook, or clip it to a bag.

Why does this flashlight list both 1300 and 1700 lumens?

1300 lumens is the High-mode output the Aura RX sustains for up to 4 hours, with a 185-meter beam. Turbo mode pushes to 1700 lumens and a 210-meter beam for a 30-second burst which can be useful for identifying something at distance, checking a treeline, or scanning a work area, then dropping back to High. Low mode runs at 450 lumens for up to 8 hours.

Do I need a special charger or adapter to charge the FlexLoop RX?

No. The built-in FlexLoop cord terminates in a standard USB-C connector, so it plugs into any USB-C wall adapter, laptop, power bank, or car charger you already own. There's also a separate USB-C charge port at the tail cap if you'd rather use your own cable.

How long does the FlexLoop RX run on a full charge?

Up to 8 hours on Low and up to 4 hours on High. Turbo is a 30-second burst mode rather than a continuous setting. Because the charging cord travels with the light, topping off between uses is easy. A short session on a power bank or car charger is often enough to get through the next job.

Can the FlexLoop RX handle rain and rough handling?

The FlexLoop RX is built impact-resistant and weather-resistant, with an ergonomic grip designed for use in wet or gloved conditions. It's suited to job sites, vehicles, and outdoor use in rain and damp weather. It is not rated for submersion.
